Job Description
- Lead and direct duct fitters pipe fitters insulators and helpers in carrying out daily construction activities.
- Assign daily tasks to the workforce as instructed by the Mechanical Supervisor and monitor their performance.
- Supervise the installation of HVAC equipment ductwork chilled water piping refrigerant piping ventilation systems and related mechanical components.
- Ensure the proper use of tools equipment and materials at the worksite.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure installations meet the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
- Report daily work progress manpower utilization material shortages and site issues to the Mechanical Supervisor.
- Ensure all personnel comply with company HSE policies permit-to-work requirements and safe working practices.
