Job Description
- Chiller System Maintenance : Proficient in routine servicing, refrigerant management, and component replacement for centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers.
- Diagnostics & Repairs : Skilled in identifying faults in compressors, evaporators, condensers, and control panels, and executing timely corrective actions.
- Startup & Shutdown Procedures : Experienced in safe and efficient commissioning and decommissioning of chiller systems.
- Control Systems & BMS Integration : Familiar with chiller control logic and integration with Building Management Systems for performance monitoring.
- Water Treatment & Flow Management : Knowledgeable in maintaining water quality and managing chilled water flow to prevent scaling and corrosion.
