Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Building Foreman to join our growing construction team in Durbanville. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Experience managing subcontractors and site staff
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Valid drivers license
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: - Oversee daily site operations
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Report progress to project management
