As a Football Coach and Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
Ensure students remain engaged, focused, and on task
Support pupils' learning in the absence of the regular teacher
Build positive relationships with students and school staff
Use your leadership, communication, and motivational skills to create a positive learning environment
