Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Deja Brew (Area 1). This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. Responsibilities Provides work direction to subordinates, demonstrates proper work methods, provides work related guidance, ensures necessary products are available and that employees follow security, safety, and housekeeping standards. Performs the same kind of work as subordinates. Oversees all assigned employees during shift. Works along with employees and sets the pace. Provides on-the-job training. Prepares a variety of hot beverages such as cappuccinos, brewed coffee, lattes, espresso, hot chocolate, etc. by selecting proper ingredients. Serves cold beverages and food items, such as soda, juices, cookies, muffins, pastries, etc. Receives payment, operates cash register, makes and returns change to patrons.
