Salary: $30.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Location: Must work on site. No remote option.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Food preparation
