Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food Server/Captain role based at The Calcuttawala Cafe, at Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata. The Food Server/Captain will welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service of food and beverages in line with the property’s heritage standards. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, overseeing table setups, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining areas.
