Under the supervision of the relevant Program Manager, the FSL Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Food Security, Agriculture, and Livelihoods (FSL) activities at the field level. The role ensures the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of interventions, particularly those supporting agricultural recovery through Cash-for-Work (CfW) initiatives at both farmer and community levels. The Supervisor provides technical guidance to field staff, strengthens capacity-building efforts, and promotes sustainable land improvement practices while ensuring adherence to Action Against Hunger (AAH) procedures and sector standards.
