Basic mathematical skills required for measuring ingredients, portioning food, and following recipes

Knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen operations

Minimum 1 year of prep cook, food preparation, or food service experience preferred

Preparing ingredients according to recipes, production sheets, and supervisor instructions
