Part time (14.8 hours per week) / September 2026 start

You will play a key role in delivering and developing specialist programmes, including:

Level 5 Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection

Level 6 Higher Diploma in Food Control (supporting delivery)

Development of a new Level 4 pathway to support progression into Level 5

What we are looking for:

You will have current or recent experience in Environmental Health, ideally within food safety or regulatory services

A strong understanding of food premises inspection and enforcement is essential

Passion for teaching, learning, and supporting learners into professional roles

Relevant professional qualification (CIEH-accredited or equivalent)

Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
