Food Industry Supervisor

• Ensure quality throughout the production process.

• Guide, support, and motivate staff in daily work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supervisory or team leader roles.
• Solution‑oriented and proactive work approach.
• Ability to work effectively in busy and changing situations.
• Finnish and English language skills.
