Food & Beverage Manager – upscale Restaurant / Wine Bar, Brooklyn Pretoria
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of food and beverage operations, including stock control and purchasing activities.
- Oversee food and liquor inventory.
- Handle all stock‑related administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong communication skills, outstanding organizational capabilities, and analytical proficiency.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments.
- Expertise in food and liquor cost management, with relevant experience in a restaurant, bar, or F&B establishment.
