Food & Beverage Manager – upscale Restaurant / Wine Bar, Brooklyn Pretoria

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management of food and beverage operations, including stock control and purchasing activities.
  • Oversee food and liquor inventory.
  • Handle all stock‑related administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of six years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong communication skills, outstanding organizational capabilities, and analytical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments.
  • Expertise in food and liquor cost management, with relevant experience in a restaurant, bar, or F&B establishment.
