Job Summary

Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining operations within the Anantara Downtown Dubai resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest dining experiences.
• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue across all outlets.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback and implement service recovery where needed.
