Job Description
Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary: Runs shift with primary responsibility for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, bars, kitchen operations, catering and banquet operations.
Always deliver outstanding service and food.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Schedule properly to ensure staffing levels to meet occupancy and sales demands.
▪ Cover shifts when necessary, in all food and beverages areas.
▪ Use the labor scheduling forecast to assist in the scheduling process.
▪ Supervise all food and beverage staff.
▪ Participate in the hiring process.
▪ Assess and review staff performance and ensure the maintenance of personnel records.
▪ Communicate effectively to staff and management team members – info board, event schedules, BEO’s, and features.
