The Restaurant Supervisor plays a key role in delivering Basil’s signature warm Thai hospitality and ensuring a smooth, well-orchestrated dining experience. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations, guiding the service team, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and ensuring guests feel genuinely cared for from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities Service & Guest Experience

• Supervise the dining floor to ensure gracious, attentive, and efficient service aligned with Basil’s hospitality standards.
• Manage seating flow, table assignments, and waiting lists to balance comfort and turnover.
