Food And Beverage Supervisor

Our client, a luxury safari camp located in the Maasai Mara, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, supervising front-of-house operations, supporting inventory control, and leading the Food & Beverage team to deliver memorable dining experiences in a remote hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
Deliver exceptional guest dining experiences and proactively address guest needs and concerns.
