Hector’s Casa is looking for two (2) Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisors. This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $18.27/hour, with benefits.

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who serve food or prepare beverages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who serve food or prepare beverages
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• May perform duties of workers supervised, as needed
