Key Responsibilities- Execute in-store merchandising of FMCG products by arranging, presenting, and refreshing displays to align with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with retail store personnel, supervisors, and key account managers to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans.
- Monitor stock levels on shelves and in the storeroom, coordinating timely replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Set up promotional displays, point-of-sale materials, and ensure pricing is accurate and visible during campaigns and seasonal pushes.
