FMCG Production Manager X2, Boksburg, Rneg + Ben A leading manufacturing client seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize plant production operations within a high-volume automated manufacturing environment. Minimum Requirements: ? Degree / Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management ? 8–10 years’ senior production management experience ? Strong manufacturing / continuous process plant experience ? Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, Six Sigma knowledge ? Strong leadership and people management skills ? Production planning, quality, cost control & safety management ? ERP / SAP systems exposure advantageous ?
