Job Description
Elevate community health as a Registered Practical Nurse (FLOAT) with HART Hub in Sagamok Anishnawbek, ON. This full-time contract role lasts until March 31, 2028, with potential extensions.
As a pivotal member of the HART Hub team, you will provide clinical care and support to community members. Your responsibilities include direct patient care and contributing to service monitoring and evaluation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance health services for First Nations and Aboriginal populations effectively.
