Job Purpose
Identify, formulate, develop improvement projects and evaluate performance while, coordinating with respective department to ensure technical specifications timely availability of spares/equipment, vendor development and troubleshooting of chronic/major process breakdowns.

Job Context:
Plant is over 50 years old and process improvements have evolved over the years with gradual increase in capacity. Due to this the plant layout is not properly streamlined. More number of smaller machines with lesser Instrumentation and the corrosive surrounding atmosphere resulting in rigorous monitoring of process and equipment. A lot of developments modifications, technology upgradation and automation schemes are on the way.
