**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Flightline Operations Manager** to join 777/x Preflight and Delivery Operations Team on 2nd shift located in Everett, Washington.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and coaching skills that help our business unit embody and elevate our Values & Behaviors and strengthen our culture. They will champion a first-pass quality mindset, committing to the success and development of team members. A FOD (Foreign Object Debris)-free product and a “clean as you go” approach are integral to our production system and require steadfast adherence to our standards, care for our people, and focus on our customers.
