Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer – Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid)

We are looking for a Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer to join our multicultural team responsible for the full life cycle of Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) installations for development aircraft, from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and define FTI installations onboard Flight Test Aircraft for the Eurofighter program, compiling and analyzing requirements for hardware, software, and digital systems.
• Develop and prepare FTI documentation for aircraft installation, Design Offices and Laboratory Facilities, ensuring alignment with quality, cost and time procedures.
• Coordinate and manage general FTI activities, including budget, export control, stock, spares and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities with main stakeholders.
