Fleet Supervisor for Delivery Operations

Brenntag Canada is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to drive operational excellence in delivery logistics. Lead scheduling and manage fleet maintenance to support optimized service.
In this pivotal role, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee all facets of delivery scheduling and fleet operations. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, chairing driver meetings, and handling safety reporting. Effective communication with drivers and customers is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely scheduling of deliveries and pickups
• Oversee fleet maintenance and manage related invoicing
• Conduct investigations into vehicle and property damage
• Lead monthly driver meetings and report on KPIs
• Track NOGO root causes and provide coaching
