Fixed-term Position of Professor in Land Use and Property Legislation

The Faculty of Law at the University of Turku invites applications for a five-year term as Professor of Land Use and Property Legislation (endowed professorship).

The purpose of the donation is to strengthen research and teaching in the field of land use and property legislation in Finland and to support the development of legislation, case law, and administrative practices in this field through research-based expertise.

Responsibilities

• conduct and promote high-quality research and provide research-based instruction in the field of land use and property legislation;
• examine legal issues related to property protection, land use, and environmental regulation, as well as related topics such as real estate development, land use contractual arrangements, municipal land‑use policy, or traditional real estate law;
