McCannics is hiring a qualified Fitter Welder to support our growing engineering department in Gisborne. This full-time, permanent role involves fabricating, assembling and repairing metal components across diverse projects.

You will interpret blueprints, weld with MIG, TIG and arc methods, align parts, and ensure quality and safety. A minimum of two years’ fitter/welder experience and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
