As aFitter Welder , you are responsible for welding metal components to form a final product that is dedicated to the rugged and challenging terrain of the forestry industry. To excel in this role, you will have experience in both fitting and welding metal components to produce high‑quality fabricated products. Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment are essential.
Location: 200 Avenue Road, Cambridge, ON
Dedicated Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday
Job Duties
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements for prototypes and custom products
- Measure and fabricate metal components accurately using various tools and equipment, with minimal or no jigs and fixtures
