About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter & Turner to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for precision machining, mechanical fitting, and assembly of components for heavy equipment. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, minimal rework, efficient material usage, and high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Machine components to exact tolerances using lathes, milling machines, and other workshop equipment Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and alignment of components (shafts, bearings, gearboxes, etc.) Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately Conduct inspections and quality checks before releasing work Maintain workshop machinery, tools, and equipment Duties & responsibilities at each company must be clearly listed on CV.
