Qualifications & Experience At least 10 years’ experience in a factory maintenance environment. Qualified Fitter & Turner. Valid driver’s license essential. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point. Strong interpersonal, leadership and people‑management skills. High levels of creativity, innovation and problem‑solving ability. Strong analytical, conceptual and systemic thinking. Ability to work under pressure, with autonomy and a sense of urgency.
