Fitness Instructor - Specialized 1-3

Working with the Town of Newmarket’s Recreation and Culture Team, means the opportunity to make a difference and connect with your community! Working in Recreation means being part of something special, gaining valuable work experience and learning new skills. We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with others with a passion to deliver high quality programs, events and services. One thing is for certain, you will love the experience and our participants will too!

Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver a fun, safe and inclusive fitness class.
2. Ensure attendance is taken at each class so the class does not go over program capacity.
3. Communicate with participants to troubleshoot and discuss any issues or concerns with the program.
4. Liaise with the programmer to discuss any concerns, issues or developments with the program, facility or participants.
