FIT Care Coordinator & Scheduler (Fixed-Term)

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a FIT Administrator/Scheduler for Planned Care Services in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. This fixed-term role (1 FTE, 80 hours per fortnight) supports the Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) Symptomatic Pathway, coordinating registrations, follow-up, appointments, and patient records.
