The successful candidate will handle first line support, aiming for first-call resolution, and will require solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and MikroTik routers. Candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as experience in ISP/WISP environments. A Grade 12 qualification is required, and N+ and A+ certifications will be advantageous.
