This is a hands-on leadership role designed for an individual eager to grow within a strong working family. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting all aspects of daily golf operations.
- Assisting in the leadership and development of staff.
- Interacting with members and guests to uphold high culture and experience standards.
- Managing weekly forecasts for upcoming tournaments, including formats, on-course contests, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensuring event details, fees, and notes are current in Club Caddie.
