We are currently seeking a Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS - Networking Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Responsibilities  The Network Security Specialist Advisor would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment.  Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.  Support Palo Alto, Fortinet FW’s, Cloud Proxy solutions ( Netskope)  Expert knowledge on Palo Alto url filtering, Vulnerability protection, AV, Anti-spyware profiles.  Strong knowledge on App-id, use of app filters  Expert in troubleshooting issues with packet captures, debugs on Pal Alto and Fortinet FW  The SME will provide technical escalation to L2 support engineers.  Write custom queries on Palo Alto to fetch reporting data.  Provide On-call support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment.  Ensure that Se...
