Fire Safety Surveyor

£50,000-£56,260 pa (dependent on experience) plus £1,800 pa essential car user allowance Were excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our dedicated Fire Safety team as a Fire Safety Surveyor . In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing fire risk assessment activities across Southern Housings portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring that all designated fire risk assessment works are actioned and correctly undertaken within the prescribed timescales. Ensuring that all Southern Housings properties owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest possible standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. Analysing and assessing building fire safety related defects and deficiencies, providing remedial proposals and prepare specifications for remedial works.
