Job Purpose

The purpose of the Airport Firefighter Driver is to ensure effective firefighting and rescue operations in the airport environment. This role involves applying specialized firefighting techniques and tactics to manage emergencies, both with and without supervision.

The key responsibilities include maintaining the readiness of firefighting vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring they comply with the airport's operational standards. They are expected to activate and respond to incidents and accidents within their jurisdiction, leveraging their training and expertise to effectively manage emergency situations.
