Finnish Payroll Delivery Specialist: Global Client Support

Strada is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Helsinki to administer Finnish payroll processes within an HR consulting environment. You will support managers on client engagements, guide implementations and go‑lives, and maintain the Client Solution workbook with defined workflows.

The role requires 3–4 years of payroll experience, strong Finnish knowledge, and excellent Finnish and good English communication. MS Office skills and HRIS exposure are important assets.
