Finland Board Services Leader — Drive Nordic Governance

Birn+Partners in Finland seeks a Head of Board Services to lead and grow our board services practice. You will build and maintain networks among board professionals, owners, and senior leaders while driving governance-focused initiatives.

Work closely with our executive search and consulting teams, developing the Nordic Board Education concept in Finland and across the Nordic region, and acting as a trusted sparring partner to clients on governance and leadership.
