Reports to the Shift Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Controlling, organising, tasking and developing crew
Managing material resources, quality, output and achievement of schedules
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and equipment care and maintenance
Minimising delays that could impact agreed schedules and cause equipment downtime
Reducing waste to a minimum due to high cost of raw material
Managing and monitoring a small team assigned to a machine
