This is a unique opportunity to work on one of South Africa's most significant government buildings, delivering exceptional quality finishes while working alongside an experienced project team. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise all finishing trades on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and programme compliance.
- Ensure all finishes meet the highest quality and specification standards.
- Conduct snagging and oversee the close-out of defects.
- Monitor productivity, quality, health and safety, and housekeeping.
- Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors.
