Our client, a highly respected and established building contractor, is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team on a prestigious Parliament Building project in Cape Town.

This is a unique opportunity to work on one of South Africa's most significant government buildings, delivering exceptional quality finishes while working alongside an experienced project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all finishing trades on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and programme compliance.
• Ensure all finishes meet the highest quality and specification standards.
• Conduct snagging and oversee the close-out of defects.
• Monitor productivity, quality, health and safety, and housekeeping.
• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors.
