Finisher / Snagger
Barker Ross are looking for a Finisher/Snagger to work on our client's new build homes at their Bardney site in Lincolnshire. This is an immediate start role with a reputable SME developer known for high standards and attention to detail.
Location: Bardney, Lincolnshire
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: £18-£20
Duration: 1 Month
Key Responsibilities:
Completing all final finishing works on internal and external areas of new build homes
Working through snag lists issued by site management, NHBC, or customer care representatives
Ensuring homes are completed to the highest standard before handover to buyers
Rectifying any defects, cosmetic issues, or outstanding trades works
Carrying out minor repairs, such as painting, silicone, patch plastering, carpentry fixes, and door/window adjustments
Communicating progress with the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager to ensure timely completion o...
