The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background and an understanding of industry-specific challenges and financing needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target and onboard clients with business loan or equipment/software financing requirements. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and client visits. Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs. Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets. Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
