Job Description
- Support the creation of monthly business reports
- Aid in the analysis of business performance
- Identifying automation opportunities and optimizing business workflows
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting activities
- Engage in the planning and scoping of new projects, along with data collection and management
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing for new projects
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of data storage
- A Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a similar qualification is preferred
- 3 years of experience in finance, marketing, and sales process improvement
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and conditional formatting
- Familiarity with Power BI (ability to build interactive dashboards and reports) and Cognos is advantageous
