Financial Reporting Analyst (Trading)

We are partnering with a leading organization in the oil and gas trading sector to recruit a Financial Reporting Specialist. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial performance in a fast-paced environment characterized by complex deal structures, market volatility, and stringent compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Lead month-end closing activities: shipment-level P&L review, inventory reconciliation, derivative accounting, and intercompany reconciliations. Perform variance analysis on Income Statement and Balance Sheet movements. Enhance finance processes through efficiency improvements, automation, and stronger controls. Monitor hedging activities and ensure compliance with IFRS 9. Reconcile P&L between Finance and Market Risk, resolving discrepancies promptly.
