Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Economy, Finance or Banking.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Prepare documentation of issues on underlying equities, indices, commodities, currencies, and ETF.
• Review and validate certain documents automatically generated by Front Office systems (Universal drafter, FISH, TEP Studio).
• Ensuring the consistency of program documentation with the terms and templates drafted by LEGAL.
• Take over the formalities for depositing documentation of structured securities issues with market authorities, financial agents, quotation exch...
