Financial Manager - Temporary Promotion

Summary RCS is seeking one individual to serve on a temporary basis (NTE 1 year) as the Chief Financial Officer. The Readjustment Counseling Service (RCS) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is delegated the responsibility for the overall financial oversight of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Readjustment Counseling Service (10RCS). Responsibilities This is a temporary promotion up to one year. The selectee may be returned at any time prior to the conclusion of the not-to-exceed date to the position from which they were temporarily promoted. Major duties include, but are not limited to: Participates at the executive level within RCS and is responsible for the overall fiscal planning and execution of all subordinate activities within RCS and the Contract for Fee Program.
