FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Director, Financial Management and Fleet Comptroller division of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET. Responsibilities You will manage financial transactions and execute accounting system processes for US Pacific Fleet ACSA program. You will conduct comprehensive financial reviews of ACSA transactions to ensure regulatory compliance, proper classification, and accurate accounting data. You will interpret ACSA financial policies, providing authoritative guidance and technical advice to staff, subordinate commands, and program managers. You will analyze resource management procedures, perform financial program planning and recommend process improvements to enhance internal controls. You will serve as the central liaison between ACSA program managers, subordinate commands, and DFAS to reconcile accounts and resolve complex financial issues.
