Financial Coordinator USA
Accounting graduate
Required:
- 4 years of experience in US finance
- Conversational English
- US GAAP
- Personnel management
Objective:
Generate adequate and reliable accounting information on a timely basis for the company's financial statements (USGAAP basis)
Activities:
- Accounting process for month-end preparation
- Reporting and Analysis of Operating Expenses
- Review of BS reconciliations
- Review of cash accounting
- Review of Fixed Assets
- Review of payroll accounting
- Review of AR and AP accounting + Follow-up with SSC on aged items.
- Review of journal entries during the end-of-month week
- Attendance of external and internal audits.
- Maintaining GL for new projects
- Ensuring inter-company balances are reconciled
- Ensuring accrual balances are agreed upon with Company Policies
