What you'll do:
• Manage financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes
• Oversee creditors, debtors, stock control and supplier payments
• Support lodge teams with financial queries and reporting
• Train and mentor finance staff while driving process improvements
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and operational excellence
We're looking for:
• 5+ years' finance/accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (PANstrat experience advantageous)
• Excellent analytical and organisational abilities
• A proactive team player with exceptional attention to detail
